Iowa High School Football - Northwest prevails Southeast Polk

October 10, 2025: Pleasant Hill, IA 50327

In Friday's league match, the visiting Northwest Wolves football squad scored a good 38-7 triumph over the Southeast Polk Rams.

The Wolves (7-0) will now prepare for their match against Waukee (Waukee, IA). The Warriors come into the non-league match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Waukee went down by Dowling Catholic (West Des Moines, IA), 30-14, in a league test.

With the defeat, Southeast Polk drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Rams host Johnston (Johnston, IA) to meet the Dragons in a non-league test on Friday, October 17. The Dragons come into the test with a record of 5-2. Johnston lost 21-17 in their recent league test against Sioux City East (Sioux City, IA)
