Ohio High School Football - Rootstown can't hold off Wickliffe

The Wickliffe Blue Devils got by the visiting Rootstown Rovers football team by a score of 27-20 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Blue Devils play the Berkshire Badgers (Burton, OH) in a non-league test, on Friday, October 17. Wickliffe will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record. The Badgers come into the test with a 4-4 record after their 36-8 league win over Crestwood (Mantua, OH).
With the defeat, Rootstown drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Rovers host Chagrin Falls (Chagrin Falls, OH) to meet the Tigers in a Chagrin Valley - Valley test on Friday, October 17. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-6. Chagrin Falls lost 45-0 in their recent league test against Kirtland (Kirtland, OH)
