In Friday's league match, the visiting St. Francis DeSales Stallions football squad scored a good 42-14 victory over the St. Charles Cardinals.
The Stallions (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Harrison (Harrison, OH). The Wildcats go into the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Harrison prevailed over Talawanda (Oxford, OH), 14-0, in a league battle.
The Cardinals now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to University School for a non-league battle on Friday, October 17. St. Charles will play a Preppers team coming off a 28-0 non-league loss to Chaney (Youngstown, OH). The Preppers record now stands at 4-4.
