The Payton College Prep Grizzlies edged the host Whitney Young Dolphins soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Friday's non-league game.

Next, the Grizzlies face the Niles North Vikings (Skokie, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 11. Payton College Prep will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record. The Vikings enter the game with a 2-7 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Cristo Rey St. Martin (Waukegan, IL).
