In Friday's non-league contest, the Westmont Sentinels (Westmont, IL) soccer team edged the visiting Kelly Trojans (Chicago, IL), by a count of 2-1.
Next, the Sentinels encounter the Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers (Joliet, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Westmont will attempt to better on its 12-9 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 4-1 league loss to Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL).
