In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Caddo Bruins softball team scored a tight 1-0 win over the Hominy Bucks.

The Bruins now possess a 25-8 record. They play next when they travel to Arapaho for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 11. Caddo will meet a Indians squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Canute (Canute, OK). The Indians record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Hominy moves to 33-4 on the season.
