Centennial Cougars (Circle Pines, MN) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Zumbrota-Mazeppa Cougars (Zumbrota, MN), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars play the Lewiston-Altura Cardinals (Lewiston, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 10. Zumbrota-Mazeppa will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Pine Island (Pine Island, MN).
