Arizona High School Volleyball - Payson over Combs

In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Payson Longhorns volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Combs Coyotes.

The Longhorns (19-4) will now prepare for their test against Casa Grande (Casa Grande, AZ). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 5-14 record. In their last test, Casa Grande was defeated by Vista Grande (Casa Grande, AZ), 3-1, in a league test.

The Coyotes now own a 10-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Casa Grande for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 10. Combs will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Vista Grande (Casa Grande, AZ). The Cougars record now stands at 5-14.
