Colorado High School Volleyball - Rocky Mountain tips Evergreen

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Rocky Mountain Lobos (Fort Collins, CO) and the visiting Evergreen Cougars (Evergreen, CO), observed Rocky Mountain's volleyball team hold off Evergreen by a count of 2-1.

The Lobos (9-11) will now prepare for their battle against Bear Creek (Lakewood, CO). The Bears go into the non-league battle with a 2-12 record. In their last battle, Bear Creek was edged by Lakewood (Lakewood, CO), 3-2, in a league battle.

The Cougars now own a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dakota Ridge for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 11. Evergreen will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Golden (Golden, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 11-3.
