Foothill Knights (Santa Ana, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball team overcome the visiting Rancho Buena Vista Longhorns (Vista, CA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Knights (23-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Linfield Christian (Temecula, CA). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 13-3 record. In their last challenge, Linfield Christian beat Aquinas (San Bernardino, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Longhorns face the Foothills Christian Knights (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, October 10. Rancho Buena Vista will attempt to advance on its 4-20 season record. The Knights go into the test with a 16-8 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Imperial (Imperial, CA).
