In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Notre Dame (SO) Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Helix Highlanders.
The Knights (19-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Redlands (Redlands, CA). The Terriers come into the non-league challenge with a 22-4 record. In their last challenge, Redlands beat Citrus Valley (Redlands, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Highlanders meet the Fallbrook Warriors (Fallbrook, CA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, October 11. Helix will attempt to advance on its 7-16 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 12-7 record after their 3-1 league win over Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA).
