With the win, Joseph City advances its record to 22-11 on the season. The Wildcats host Red Mesa (Teec Nos Pos, AZ) to face the Redskins in a non-league test on Friday, October 10. The Redskins go into the test with a record of 8-6. Red Mesa won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Rough Rock (Chinle, AZ)

Next, the Cowboys play the Tombstone Yellow Jackets (Tombstone, AZ) in a 2A - South challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Willcox will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a 8-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Bisbee (Bisbee, AZ).
