In Friday's non-league bout, the Mountain Range Mustangs (Westminster, CO) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Thornton Trojans (Thornton, CO), by a margin of 3-0.
The Mustangs now possess a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Silver Creek for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 11. Mountain Range will clash with a Raptors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Monarch (Louisville, CO). The Raptors record now stands at 2-9.
With the loss, Thornton drops to 7-6 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Skyview (Thornton, CO) to clash with the Wolverines in a 4A Colorado bout on Monday, October 20. The Wolverines enter the match with a record of 9-6.
