Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Shikellamy knocks off Shamokin Area

Shikellamy Braves (Sunbury, PA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Shamokin Area Indians (Coal Township, PA), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Braves confront the Bloomsburg Panthers (Bloomsburg, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 13. Shikellamy will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 1-0 league win over Milton (Milton, PA).

The Indians now have a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they host Williams Valley for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 12. Shamokin Area will confront a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Pine Grove (Pine Grove, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 12-4.
