The International High School at Langley Park Bladensburg soccer team scored 8 points and limited the host Friendly Patriots to 1 in the Bladensburg league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Bladensburg face the Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North Lions (Laurel, MD) in a Prince George's County 1A/2A/3A contest, on Monday, October 17. International High School at Langley Park will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Lions enter the contest with a 4-4 record after their 2-1 league loss to Crossland (Temple Hills, MD).

The Patriots now have a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Surrattsville for a Prince George's County 1A/2A/3A contest on Thursday, October 13. Friendly will face a Hornets team coming off a 4-2 league loss to Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD). The Hornets record now stands at 3-6.
