The Bloomington Purple Raiders volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Peoria Lions to 0 in the Purple Raiders league victory on Tuesday.

The Purple Raiders now have a 11-20 record. They put it on the line next when they host Normal West for a Big Twelve game on Thursday, October 13. Bloomington will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league win over Centennial (Champaign, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 25-6.

The Lions (1-17) will now prepare for their game against Urbana (Urbana, IL). The Tigers enter the Big Twelve game with a 1-15 record. In their last game, Urbana gained a win over Manual (Peoria, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
