The Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) volleyball overcame the host Hammond Central Wolves (Hammond, IN), 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Lake Central betters its record to 24-9 on the year. The Indians travel to Merrillville (Merrillville, IN) to face the Pirates in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 15. The Pirates go into the outing with a record of 12-17. Merrillville lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Chesterton (Chesterton, IN)

The Wolves now sport a 10-9 record.
