Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Rebels (Forestburg, SD) followers went home happy Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Iroquois/Lake Preston (Iroquois, SD), 3-2 in a non-league game.
The Rebels now possess a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kimball/White Lake for a non-league game on Thursday, October 13. Sanborn Central/Woonsocket will meet a Wildkats team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Mt. Vernon/Plankinton (Mt. Vernon, SD). The Wildkats record now stands at 15-8.
The (7-14) will now prepare for their game against Estelline/Hendricks (Estelline, SD). The enter the non-league game with a 17-5 record.
