The Watseka Warriors (Watseka, IL) volleyball overcame the host Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL), 2-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Watseka upgrades its record to 19-10 on the year. The Warriors host Hoopeston (Hoopeston, IL) to face the Cornjerkers in a Vermilion Valley outing on Thursday, October 13. The Cornjerkers go into the outing with a record of 15-8. Hoopeston won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Armstrong (Armstrong, IL)

The Storm now own a 17-6 record. They play next when they host Oakwood for a Vermilion Valley outing on Thursday, October 13. Salt Fork will face a Comets squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Iroquois West (Gilman, IL). The Comets record now stands at 5-18.
