The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Linsly Cadets (Wheeling, WV) and the visiting Catholic Central Crusaders (Steubenville, OH), saw Linsly's soccer squad triumph over Catholic Central by a margin of 6-0.
The Cadets now sport a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to Washington for a non-league test on Friday, October 13. Linsly will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Jefferson (Shenandoah Junction, WV). The Patriots record now stands at 13-0.
With the loss, Catholic Central drops to 8-5 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV) to encounter the Blue Eagles in a Freelance test on Thursday, October 12. The Blue Eagles come into the test with a record of 8-9. Magnolia won 7-0 in their recent non-league test against Shenandoah (Sarahsville, OH)
