Next, the Cougars confront the North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT) in a Shoreline challenge, on Thursday, October 12. Haddam-Killingworth will attempt to better on its 8-1 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 10-1 league loss to East Hampton (East Hampton, CT).

The Knights now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Putnam for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 13. Westbrook will confront a Clippers team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Montville (Oakdale, CT). The Clippers record now stands at 1-9.
