In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Jefferson City Jays soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Sullivan Eagles.
The Jays (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Fatima (Westphalia, MO). The Comets come into the non-league battle with a 4-8 record.
The Eagles (5-12) will now prepare for their battle against Windsor (Imperial, MO). The Owls come into the non-league battle with a 7-11 record. In their last battle, Windsor nudged Hillsboro (Hillsboro, MO), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
