The Platt RVT Panthers volleyball team (Milford, CT), was nudged 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Amistad Wolves (New Haven, CT)

The Wolves (1-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Notre Dame Catholic (Fairfield, CT). The Lancers enter the non-league challenge with a 5-9 record. In their last challenge, Notre Dame Catholic was nudged by Immaculate (Danbury, CT), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Wilcox RVT Wildcats (Meriden, CT) in a Connecticut Technical challenge, on Friday, October 13. Platt RVT will attempt to move on its 1-13 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 3-0 league win over Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT).
