The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Ascension Catholic Bulldogs (Donaldsonville, LA) and the visiting White Castle Bulldogs (White Castle, LA), saw Ascension Catholic's volleyball squad beat White Castle by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Ascension Catholic upgrades its record to 17-16 on the year. The Bulldogs host East Ascension (Gonzales, LA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Monday, October 16. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 21-16.
The Bulldogs now own a 9-15 record. They play next when they host Port Allen for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 12. White Castle will play a Pelicans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Collegiate (Baton Rouge, LA). The Pelicans record now stands at 7-13.
