The Central Jaguars topped the visiting Escambia Gators volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Jaguars now have a 7-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northview for a 1A District 1 test on Thursday, October 12. Central will confront a Chiefs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Laurel Hill (Laurel Hill, FL). The Chiefs record now stands at 11-4.
The Gators (4-11) will now prepare for their test against Pensacola (Pensacola, FL). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 14-6 record. In their last test, Pensacola gained a win over Milton (Milton, FL), 3-0, in a non-league test.
