Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Marple Newtown overwhelmed by Haverford

The Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers volleyball team (Newtown Square, PA), went down 3-0 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Haverford Fords (Havertown, PA)
The Fords (20-1) will now prepare for their bout against Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA). The Aces go into the Central bout with a 13-5 record. In their last bout, Lower Merion notched a victory over Conestoga (Berwyn, PA), 3-0, in a league bout.
The Fightin' Tigers now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they host Harriton for a Central bout on Monday, October 16.
