The Woodland Wolverines felled the host Andrews Yellowjackets football team by a score of 19-6 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolverines face the Burke Bulldogs (Charleston, SC) in a AA Region 6 challenge, on Friday, October 18. Woodland will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 50-8 league loss to Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC).

The Yellowjackets (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Timberland (St. Stephen, SC). The Wolves go into the AA Region 6 challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Timberland toppled Academic Magnet (North Charleston, SC), 47-14, in a league challenge.
