The Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE) football trounced the visiting St. Mark's Spartans (Wilmington, DE), 49-0 in Friday's league outing.
The Jaguars now sport a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salesianum for a 3A District 1 outing on Friday, October 18. Appoquinimink will clash with a Sallies squad coming off a 30-13 league win over William Penn (New Castle, DE). The Sallies record now stands at 4-1.
With the defeat, St. Mark's drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Hodgson Vo-Tech (Newark, DE) to clash with the Eagles in a 3A District 1 outing on Saturday, October 19. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 2-4. Hodgson Vo-Tech lost 42-20 in their recent league outing against Middletown (Middletown, DE)
