The Arkoma Mustangs football squad scored 38 points and limited the host Gans Grizzlies to 6 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Wilson-Henryetta for a B-II District 4 (8 Man) test on Thursday, October 17. Arkoma will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 46-0 league win over Webbers Falls (Webbers Falls, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 4-1.

With the defeat, Gans drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Copan (Copan, OK) to meet the Hornets in a B-II District 4 (8 Man) test on Thursday, October 17. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 5-0. Copan won 56-6 in their recent league test against Wesleyan Christian (Bartlesville, OK)
