California High School Football - Big Valley Christian wallops Riverbank

The Big Valley Christian Lions football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Riverbank Bruins to 3 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calaveras for a Mother Lode League test on Friday, October 18. Big Valley Christian will clash with a Red Hawks squad coming off a 35-34 league win over Summerville (Tuolumne, CA). The Red Hawks record now stands at 6-1.

With the defeat, Riverbank drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Bruins host Linden (Linden, CA) to clash with the Lions in a Mother Lode League test on Friday, October 18. The Lions come into the match with a record of 6-1. Linden won 56-0 in their recent league match against Bret Harte (Angels Camp, CA)
