Texas High School Football - Brackett trounces Sabinal

In Friday's league match, the host Brackett Tigers football squad scored a decisive 55-17 victory over the Sabinal Yellowjackets.

The Tigers (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Junction (Junction, TX). The Eagles enter the 2A-2 Region IV District 14 match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Junction routed Center Point (Center Point, TX), 65-0, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Yellowjackets confront the D'Hanis Cowboys (D'Hanis, TX) in a 2A-2 Region IV District 14 match, on Friday, October 18. Sabinal will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Cowboys enter the match with a 1-4 record after their 21-0 league loss to La Pryor (La Pryor, TX).
