The Breckenridge Huskies walloped the visiting Byron Eagles football team by a score of 43-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Huskies face the Carson City-Crystal Eagles (Carson City, MI) in a Mid-State - Blue (8 Man) challenge, on Friday, October 18. Breckenridge will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 43-0 league loss to Montabella (Blanchard, MI).
The Eagles (0-7) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Patrick (Portland, MI). The Shamrocks enter the Mid-State - Red (8 Man) challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, St. Patrick was ripped by Fulton (Middleton, MI), 24-20, in a league challenge.
