The Cougars now hold a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Washington for a WPIAL AA Century test on Friday, October 18. Carlynton will meet a Prexies squad coming off a 41-6 league win over Charleroi (Charleroi, PA). The Prexies record now stands at 5-3.

With the defeat, Sto-Rox drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Vikings host South Allegheny (McKeesport, PA) to meet the Gladiators in a non-league test on Friday, October 18. The Gladiators come into the test with a record of 7-1. South Allegheny won 41-29 in their recent league test against Apollo Ridge (Spring Church, PA)
