California High School Football - Morningside crushed by Centennial

The Centennial Apaches walloped the host Morningside Monarchs football team by a score of 48-14 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Apaches play the El Segundo Eagles (El Segundo, CA) in a Ocean challenge, on Friday, October 18. Centennial will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 65-7 league win over Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills, CA).

The Monarchs (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Hawthorne (Hawthorne, CA). The Cougars go into the Ocean challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Hawthorne was ripped by West (Torrance, CA), 35-8, in a league challenge.
