The Centralia Panthers football squad scored 28 points and limited the host South Shelby Cardinals to 14 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Palmyra for a Clarence Cannon test on Friday, October 18. Centralia will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 34-28 league loss to Clark County (Kahoka, MO). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.
With the defeat, South Shelby drops to 6-1 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Macon (Macon, MO) to meet the Tigers in a Clarence Cannon test on Friday, October 18. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-5. Macon won 56-12 in their recent league test against Highland (Ewing, MO)
