The Clarkson/Leigh Patriots walloped the host Newman Grove/St. Edward Panthers football team by a score of 56-0 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Patriots face the David City Scouts (David City, NE) in a D1 District 5 (8 Man) challenge, on Friday, October 18. Clarkson/Leigh will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Scouts go into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 64-14 league win over Humphrey-Lindsay (Humphrey, NE).
