The Fort Sumner/House football squad scored 52 points and limited the visiting Clayton Yellowjackets to 6 in the league triumph on Friday.

The now hold a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cloudcroft for a 8-Man District 2 (8 Man) test on Friday, October 18. Fort Sumner/House will meet a Bears squad coming off a 44-16 league loss to Questa (Questa, NM). The Bears record now stands at 1-6.

With the defeat, Clayton drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM) to meet the Lobos in a 8-Man District 2 (8 Man) test on Friday, October 18. The Lobos come into the test with a record of 3-5. Escalante lost 37-34 in their recent league test against Menaul (Albuquerque, NM)
