University Hawks (Morgantown, WV) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Connellsville Falcons (Connellsville, PA), 31-13 in a non-league battle.

With the win, University improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Hawks travel to Spring Mills (Martinsburg, WV) to play the Cardinals in a non-league battle on Friday, October 18. The Cardinals go into the battle with a record of 6-0. Spring Mills won 43-0 in their recent league battle against Washington (Charles Town, WV)

The Falcons now have a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Uniontown for a Freelance battle on Friday, October 18. Connellsville will play a Red Raiders team coming off a 58-6 non-league loss to Northern (Accident, MD). The Red Raiders record now stands at 3-4.
