The Glide Wildcats walloped the visiting Rogue River Chieftains football team by a score of 46-7 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Lost River Raiders (Merrill, OR) in a 2A Special District 5 (9 Man) challenge, on Friday, October 18. Glide will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 48-0 league win over Oakridge (Oakridge, OR).
The Chieftains now have a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Lowell for a 2A Special District 5 (9 Man) battle on Friday, October 18. Rogue River will play a Devils team coming off a 60-8 non-league win over Stanfield (Stanfield, OR). The Devils record now stands at 4-2.
