In Friday's league game, the Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) football team triumphed over the visiting Platteview Trojans (Springfield, NE), by a tally of 51-14.

In their next game, the Dragons battle the Ralston Rams (Ralston, NE) in a B District 2 game, on Friday, October 18. Gretna will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Rams enter the game with a 3-4 record after their 51-14 league loss to Gretna East (Gretna, NE).
