The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Kingswood Knights (Wolfeboro, NH) and the host Merrimack Valley The Pride (Penacook, NH), witnessed Kingswood's football squad edge Merrimack Valley by a tally of 20-17.

The Knights (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Manchester West (Manchester, NH). The Blue Knights enter the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Manchester West was nudged by Pelham (Pelham, NH), 49-22, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the The Pride battle the ConVal Cougars (Peterborough, NH) in a Division II - West contest, on Friday, October 18. Merrimack Valley will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
