The Winner Warriors got by the host Lakota Tech Tatanka football team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Chamberlain Cubs (Chamberlain, SD) in a Southeastern South Dakota challenge, on Friday, October 18. Winner will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Cubs go into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 32-0 league loss to Woonsocket/Wessington Springs/Sanborn Central (Woonsocket, SD).
The Tatanka (0-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD). The Broncs go into the Black Hills challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Belle Fourche was edged by Custer (Custer, SD), 32-12, in a league challenge.
