Maine High School Football - Lawrence wallops Mt. Blue

The Lawrence Bulldogs football squad scored 62 points and limited the visiting Mt. Blue Cougars to 28 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Falmouth for a B North test on Friday, October 18. Lawrence will meet a Navigators squad coming off a 30-7 league win over Gardiner (Gardiner, ME). The Navigators record now stands at 6-0.

With the defeat, Mt. Blue drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Cougars host Messalonskee (Oakland, ME) to meet the Eagles in a B North test on Friday, October 18. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-4. Messalonskee lost 26-20 in their recent league test against Skowhegan (Skowhegan, ME)
