New Jersey High School Football - Montgomery toppled by Woodbridge

The Montgomery Cougars football team (Skillman, NJ), dropped 28-7 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Woodbridge Barrons (Woodbridge, NJ)

With the win, Woodbridge advances its record to 7-0 on the season. The Barrons travel to Summit (Summit, NJ) to encounter the Hilltoppers in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 19. The Hilltoppers go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Summit lost 29-22 in their recent non-league bout against Bernards (Bernardsville, NJ)

The Cougars now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Sayreville for a non-league bout on Friday, October 18. Montgomery will encounter a Bombers team coming off a 22-21 league loss to Franklin (Somerset, NJ). The Bombers record now stands at 2-5.
