The Sandhills/Thedford Knights football squad scored 76 points and limited the visiting Mullen Broncos to 6 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now hold a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hyannis for a D2 District 9 (8 Man) test on Friday, October 18. Sandhills/Thedford will meet a Longhorns squad coming off a 66-22 league win over Brady (Brady, NE). The Longhorns record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Mullen drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Broncos host Bayard (Bayard, NE) to meet the Tigers in a D2 District 9 (8 Man) test on Thursday, October 17. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-6. Bayard lost 66-28 in their recent league test against Maxwell (Maxwell, NE)
