Texas High School Football - Panhandle smashes Sanford-Fritch

The Panhandle Panthers (Panhandle, TX) football trounced the host Sanford-Fritch Eagles (Fritch, TX), 50-6 in Friday's league outing.

The Panthers now sport a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host West Texas for a 2A-1 Region I District 1 outing on Friday, October 18. Panhandle will clash with a Comanches squad coming off a 58-21 league win over Highland Park (Amarillo, TX). The Comanches record now stands at 5-1.

With the defeat, Sanford-Fritch drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Spearman (Spearman, TX) to clash with the Lynx in a 2A-1 Region I District 1 outing on Friday, October 18. The Lynx come into the outing with a record of 2-4. Spearman lost 47-6 in their recent league outing against Sunray (Sunray, TX)
