In Friday's league match, the host Prairie Pirates football squad scored a good 46-32 victory over the Potlatch Loggers.
The Pirates (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Troy (Troy, ID). The Trojans enter the 2A Central Idaho (8 Man) match with a 1-7 record. In their last match, Troy was beaten by Lapwai (Lapwai, ID), 54-12, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Loggers confront the Kamiah Kubs (Kamiah, ID) in a 2A Central Idaho (8 Man) match, on Friday, October 18. Potlatch will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Kubs enter the match with a 4-3 record after their 56-12 league loss to Kendrick (Kendrick, ID).
