The Wheatland Bulldogs football squad scored 22 points and limited the host Tongue River Eagles to 16 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moorcroft for a 2A East test on Friday, October 18. Wheatland will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 57-0 league loss to Newcastle (Newcastle, WY). The Wolves record now stands at 1-5.

With the defeat, Tongue River drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Big Horn (Big Horn, WY) to meet the Rams in a 2A East test on Friday, October 18. The Rams come into the test with a record of 6-0. Big Horn won 54-14 in their recent league test against Glenrock (Glenrock, WY)
