In Friday's league outing, the visiting Noble & Greenough Bulldogs soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Thayer Academy Tigers.
The Bulldogs (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Groton School (Groton, MA). The go into the Independent School outing with a 1-8 record. In their last outing, Groton School by Middlesex (Concord, MA), 2-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Rivers Red Wings (Weston, MA) in a Independent School outing, on Wednesday, October 16. Thayer Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Red Wings go into the outing with a 3-4 record after their 3-2 league win over Brooks (North Andover, MA).
