In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Grand Meadow Superlarks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Winona Winhawks.
The Superlarks (11-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Stewartville (Stewartville, MN). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 15-3 record. In their last challenge, Stewartville beat Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Winhawks battle the Tracy-Milroy-Balaton Panthers (Tracy, MN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 12. Winona will attempt to move on its 4-16 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 10-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Legacy Christian Academy (Andover, MN).
